General information
Our holiday apartments and suites all have separate entrances, each with a terrace or balcony, and are fully and well-equipped. The apartments are always well-heated, even on cool summer days. We would like to inform you that all our holiday apartments are non-smoking apartments – we ask our guests for their understanding.
Specifically for your e-bike: Separate storage for bicycles in the underground garage, as well as a dedicated battery charging cabinet with lockable individual compartments.
Amenities
Dishes, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, ample bedding, hairdryer, towels, and dish towels are provided. Flat-screen TV, radio, and internet connection (WLAN) are available. Five of our apartments also have a dishwasher. Towels are provided for 7 days. Additional towels can be obtained for a fee of 5 euros during reception opening hours. Additionally, you can rent an ironing board, iron, broom and vacuum cleaner, as well as books. Washing machine and dryer with coin operation are available in the basement.
News
2023 was marked by our most extensive project to date. The holiday apartments now have 3 completely redesigned bathrooms. In addition to a tasteful design with completely new tiles and fittings, the apartments Hochsalwand and Heuberg now also offer an almost step-free entry to the showers. In the apartment Hochries, we were even able to install the shower completely at ground level. Due to the redesign, we were also able to gain significantly more storage space in the bathrooms. From November to mid-December, there was not a stone left unturned here. It was tight, but everything was ready before the arrival of the first guests. A heartfelt thank you to our employees at this point. Without them, it wouldn’t have been possible to achieve this in such a short time. It was a lot of work, but we also had fun doing it. And we are all very proud of the result together.

Booking conditions
The prices include a parking space in the underground garage, internet connection (WLAN), electricity, water, and heating costs. The above prices are in euros and apply for occupancy by 2 persons with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For bookings of less than 3 nights, a one-time surcharge of €40.00 will be applied.
- Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge.
Miscellaneous/Extras
In addition to the above prices, a tourist tax (children up to 13 years old exempted) applies all year round.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
Booking cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the trip are free of charge. For cancellations made later, 80% of the booking costs will be invoiced. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
