General information
Our holiday apartments and suites all have separate entrances, each with a terrace or balcony, and are fully and well-equipped. The apartments are always well-heated, even on cool summer days. We would like to inform you that all our holiday apartments are non-smoking apartments – we ask our guests for their understanding.
Specifically for your e-bike: Separate storage for bicycles in the underground garage, as well as a dedicated battery charging cabinet with lockable individual compartments.
Amenities
Dishes, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, plenty of bedding, hair dryer, towels, and dish towels are provided. There is a flat-screen TV, as well as a radio and internet connection (Wi-Fi). Five of our apartments also have a dishwasher. Towels are provided for each 7-day period. If needed, additional towels can be picked up during reception hours for a fee of 5 euros. You can also borrow an ironing board, iron, broom, vacuum cleaner, as well as books. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.

The prices include a parking space in the underground garage, internet connection (WLAN), electricity, water, and heating costs. The above prices are in euros and apply for occupancy by 2 persons with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For bookings of 3 or 4 nights, a one-time surcharge of €40.00 will be applied.
- Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge.
Miscellaneous/Extras
In addition to the above prices, a tourist tax (children up to 13 years old exempted) applies all year round.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
Booking cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the trip. For later cancellations, 80% of the booking costs will be charged. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

- Dogs are only allowed in ground floor apartments: Hochries, Sulzberg, and Auerberg.
- Tourist tax:
- €2.50/day tourist tax for adults aged 18 and over
- €2.00/day tourist tax for young people aged 14–17
- Severely disabled guests with a disability degree of 80% or more, plus accompanying person: €2.00
- Children up to and including 13 years are free of charge
- Towels are provided for each 7-day period. If needed, additional towels can be obtained for a fee of 5 euros during reception opening hours.
