General information
Our holiday apartments and suites all have separate entrances, each with a terrace or balcony, and are fully and well-equipped. The apartments are always well-heated, even on cool summer days. We would like to inform you that all our holiday apartments are non-smoking apartments – we ask our guests for their understanding.
Specifically for your e-bike: Separate storage for bicycles in the underground garage, as well as a dedicated battery charging cabinet with lockable individual compartments.
Amenities
Dishes, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, plenty of bedding, hair dryer, towels, and dish towels are provided. There is a flat-screen TV, as well as a radio and internet connection (Wi-Fi). Five of our apartments also have a dishwasher. Towels are provided for each 7-day period. If needed, additional towels can be picked up during reception hours for a fee of 5 euros. You can also borrow an ironing board, iron, broom, vacuum cleaner, as well as books. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.
News
In 2023, we embarked on our most extensive project to date. The holiday apartments now feature 3 completely redesigned bathrooms. In addition to a tasteful design with entirely new tiles and fixtures, the Hochsalwand and Heuberg apartments now offer nearly level access to the showers. In the Hochries apartment, we even managed to install a fully level shower. Thanks to the redesign, we were able to significantly increase the storage space in the bathrooms. From November to mid-December, there wasn’t a stone left unturned. It was tight, but everything was ready before the arrival of the first guests. We extend a heartfelt thank you to our staff. Without them, it wouldn’t have been possible during this time. It was a lot of work, but we also had fun along the way. We are all very proud of the result.

Booking conditions
The prices include a parking space in the underground garage, internet connection (WLAN), electricity, water, and heating costs. The above prices are in euros and apply for occupancy by 2 persons with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For bookings of 3 or 4 nights, a one-time surcharge of €40.00 will be applied.
- Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge.
Miscellaneous/Extras
In addition to the above prices, a tourist tax (children up to 13 years old exempted) applies all year round.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
Booking cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the trip are free of charge. For cancellations made later, 80% of the booking costs will be invoiced. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

- Dogs are only allowed in ground floor apartments: Hochries, Sulzberg, and Auerberg.

- Towels are provided for each 7-day period. If needed, additional towels can be obtained for a fee of 5 euros during reception opening hours.
