Our holiday apartments and suites all have separate entrances, each with a terrace or balcony, and are fully and well-equipped. The apartments are always well-heated, even on cool summer days. We would like to inform you that all our holiday apartments are non-smoking apartments – we ask our guests for their understanding. <\/p>\n

Specifically for your e-bike: Separate storage for bicycles in the underground garage, as well as a dedicated battery charging cabinet with lockable individual compartments.<\/p>\n

Amenities<\/h2>\n

Dishes, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, plenty of bedding, hair dryer, towels, and dish towels are provided. There is a flat-screen TV, as well as a radio and internet connection (Wi-Fi). Five of our apartments also have a dishwasher. Towels are provided for each 7-day period. If needed, additional towels can be picked up during reception hours for a fee of 5 euros. You can also borrow an ironing board, iron, broom, vacuum cleaner, as well as books. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. <\/p>\n

Booking conditions<\/h2>\n

The prices include a parking space in the underground garage, internet connection (WLAN), electricity, water, and heating costs. The above prices are in euros and apply for occupancy by 2 persons with a minimum stay of 3 nights.<\/p>\n

For bookings of 3 or 4 nights, a one-time surcharge of \u20ac40.00 will be applied.<\/p>\n
